Feel like I'm going crazy

My car broke down and has some expensive shit that's wrong with it, pretty much not even worth fixing. I have to wait until tax time and we get our tax3s in like Feb. When I say I'm going crazy yall. All I want is a damn job to get to out this house.

But then part of me wants to cry when that time does come bc I will miss my baby terribly for those 8 hours I work. Ugh it's like a tug of war. Like I need a job for time to myself even if it is working.

On top of that my brain fog is insane. My memory has gotten much worse since I have been on adhd meds. Idk if it's the meds or just me
