How do you all stay active

Hi all, am 20w+5days along in my second pregnancy. In my first preg I was very active doing exercise and regular waking.

Around this time I do all household chores and taking care of toddler is almost all.

I have very bad ligament pain mostly on right side so can't sleep well and any kinda exercise is out of question. Am concerned am not active enough to have a healthy pregnancy and smooth labor. How u all manage and work around this ligament pain?
