Dating a dad for the first time.

So, I am dating a dad. He has 2 kids (7 &4). I have never dated a guy with kids before, and I'm nervous. I really like him, but I don't know what to expect fully. I do not have kids, and we have talked about how I am not sure that I physically want to have kids, but I'm not afraid to date/be in a relationship with someone who has them. Any tips from those who have dated others with kids? No, I have not met them yet, we are still in the early stages and he (and I too) have decided to wait until we are both ready to meet the kids.
