I don't know what I'm doing!

My wife and I have been married for 15 years.

Everything with her has became boring and routine even with the sex I know exactly how everything's going to happen when we get intimate. Our conversations are so extremely boring it honestly drives me insane.

So a year ago I started a new job I primarily work with females. Few months into the job I noticed this one girl right away she was very attractive, nice looking girl. I'm a very outgoing person so I decided to spark up conversations with her. A few months into us working together I was very drawn to her she seems very intelligent, extremely caring and sweet and there's something about her that I like. After I realize that I started having a crush on her I tried my best to stay away from her but I work with her a lot .I can't seem to not stop talking to her. She just really draws me in .she don't even have to be doing anything I know what I'm feeling is wrong and I'm not wanting to leave my wife but I can't seem to leave this girl alone either. I don't know what I'm doing or why I'm feeling the way I'm feeling any advice would be much appreciated.
