Rsv. Help

So just got back from the doctor office and my son tested negative for all types of flu and Covid but tested positive for rsv. He’s two years old and I also have a 1 year old baby girl at home so now I gotta watch for signs of her too. And on top of that now my husband has a fever of 100.7 I know that’s not terrible but he isn’t feel well and I’m super paranoid because I’m 7weeks pregnant and I don’t wanna catch anything. Someone give me some tips oh my gosh 😭😩😩😩
