vaginal smell

can holding in ur pee cause a smell down there? cause i notice that sometimes i hold in my pee at work cause i don’t like public bathrooms so i’ll hold until i can’t anymore but then i can start to smell myself through my pants and when i check my underwear it’s a little yellow so am i peeing myself or something?? also during the night i tend to grind on pillows/my hand which also creates a strong smell but i never really smell a strong smell unless those two things happen
