Should I check in with his doctor?

My 21 month old started daycare a couple weeks ago. He got sick the first week and had a few fevers, a cough and a runny nose. Did a Covid test and he was negative. This week, he was sick again. Hes been coughing with a runny nose for 2 weeks now. Yesterday He spent all day yesterday throwing up. And today he is holding things down but still doesn’t seem right. He seems pale, very lethargic (wants to sleep LITERALLY all day), and fussy. He’s also still coughing. I can’t tell if he has a fever because we were using the scanner type thermometers and they give different numbers sometimes but he was warm.

I know kids get sick a lot more at daycare, but I just wanted to make sure that getting sick THIS bad was normal
