Cold? Sinus Infection ?

So I’ve been sick since last Thursday I feel a lot better than I did. My symptoms are little coughs, nasal pressure, congestion, mucus build up in throat at times and have to Gag it out, I can’t smell really well anymore mind you I’ve had 2 Covid test both were negative… I’ve never had the flu I was thinking maybe this may be it idk… my doctor prescribed me some antibiotics that I started taking yesterday it’s helping with my sore throat I’m most worried about my smell loss
