Can sleeping in room with strong floor cleaner smell harm me or my baby?

So So I spilled some strong floor cleaner earlier. And then wiped it and washed the floor with water but it still smelled so I opened the window and fan then closed them shut. Then when I have felt that the smell lessened I decided to sleep. The floor still has some residue when I walk on it that’s what freaked me out and got me thinking that I could have been smelling some fumes while sleeping. Am I overreacting? I spilled it over 10 hours ago and there’s still some smell on the floor. Also I’m 30 weeks.
