Weird symptoms postpartum

Anyone know what this can be?

I’m 4 months postpartum

Symptoms

-lightheaded

-dizziness

-brain fog

-blurring vision

-legs feeling cold

-legs going numb sometime

-arms feeling numb sometimes

-lips feeling numb often at times

I wanna go in and get tested for these symptoms.

I just want to know what to get tested for. Anyone know what can be causing this? Can it be clogged ducts? I get them a lot.
