Warming baby bottles

Every time I warm my baby’s bottle when I go to give it to them the milk shoots out really fast like it’a a freaking water gun 🥴

It doesn’t matter if I use a bottle warmer or set the bottle in a bowl of warm water they both seem to make the milk shoot out.

Does anyone know how to fix this? Or why it’s happening?

For context: I pre make the formula in a pitcher and keep it in the fridge until I’m ready to use it then I pour a bottle and warm it.
