therapy?

my boyfriend has severe depression and anxiety, as well as ocd. i support him in any way i can, i listen to him, i give him advice when he wants it but sometimes i don’t know how to help but i want to help. but i also have my own mental health issues that feel like they’re eating me alive. i think what my boyfriend needs is therapy… there’s only so much help i can give him. how should i bring that up without seeming like i don’t want to help him or something like that

edit: @virgosun… he smokes weed… on the daily. and that’s the problem because ge smokes as an escape and it makes everything worse
