Early period?

I need help🤦🏻‍♀️

I started femara this last cycle (end of january) ovulation test were a little weird this month and never got a for sure day I ovulated bc it said I peaked twice.

My period was supposed to start the 24th of February. The 20th (monday and 5 Days early) I started spotting just enough to put a pad in, I tested and it was negative. Yesterday 21st I had HORRIBLE cramps, bleeding heavily and today it was still heavy this morning but this afternoon it’s almost stopped. My periods are normally 7-10 days long so this is not normal. Has anyone experienced this?
