Husband yells at me for everything our kids do

If they fall it’s my fault, if they get hurt in any way it’s my fault and I get yelled at and lectured….if they are having a hard time at school it’s my fault, if they get sick from school it’s my fault. I’m so tired of this. My mother in law said my father in law was the same way and she never felt comfortable with her own kids and now my husband is acting exactly how his dad did and I’m just tired of it. Idk what to do, he always say he will stop and he’s sorry, but it keeps happening.
