Is there anything I can do?

My oldest is turning 2 soon and finally outgrew the car seat he’s been using since an infant stage (he was a premie and had weight gain issues for a little while). But now I’m also really upset because it reminds me that my “baby dad” who was clearly a piece of shit threw away two different car seats that I got for my son. One was from a family member of mine (I have proof that it’s from them) and one that I bought (I still have the receipt too). I also have proof that he had held the kids’ car seat. This was back in late July that he threw them out. His family also threw out mail of mine. Also threw out BOXES of the kids’ clothes. I’m really upset that I had to buy another car seat. I didn’t do anything at the time because I was already dealing with PTSD from him abusing me, having to getting a restraining order, a new job, court, etc. Hes also already owes $4000
