Called my newborn sexy

My son was born on March 7th. The past few months I’ve been getting kinda close to a lady that I know through my baby daddy(his cousin’s girlfriend) and she is probably in her early-mid 40s but we get along good. Well she came to visit me and my son in the hospital and while she was holding him she said he looks like a little man and kept saying “hims so sexy”. It weirded me out soooo much and I don’t think I can be around her anymore. Do you think I’m being dramatic or do you agree that is super weird to say about a 1 day old?
