Spotting 5w5d?? Update

Me again, I’m sorry. So today I have darker red spotting? Nothing on the toilet paper but I have had cramping with it. Ultrasound on Monday was good except I measured earlier than what we thought. Last night I had only left side cramping. My sister says maybe implantation bleeding.

Called the clinic but my OB is at his other office. His clinic read my message but nothing back yet. I’m freaking myself out and I’m feeling sick from it.

OB wasn’t very helpful. Told me it could be many things, some concerning and some not, and to get tested again for infection. I was just treated for BV not long ago. There’s no burning or itching. Just the spotting, cramping and some white/yellowish discharge.
