Sweet smell

Hi all, im a little over 38 weeks and I just noticed when i went to.the bathroom that my underwear is a little wet and I smell like a sweet smell is that makes sense. I dont think its my pee because rhis.morning it did not smell like that. Im not sure what it is to be honest. I dont have any uti symptoms or have any bacterial infections. I did lose 3 big chunks of my mucus plus between the past 4 days.
