I’m 18 and have a breast lump

Howdy, I’m 18 and back in June 2022 I found a lump in my right breast. About the size of a ping pong ball and solid. I went to the doctor and a bilateral ultrasound done. About that I was finishing up at work one day and started having pain in the tumor along with a few different point on the right side of my chest and arm. I’m not a doctor person and if you bring up the hospital I laugh. I have a tattoo on my ribs that I was laughing through, so when I tell y’all this hurt bad enough for me to take my happy ass the the Er that says something. They weren’t able to do anything without a mammograms so my doc sent me to get another set of bilateral ultrasounds along with a mammogram. The pain is still here is just comes in waves at random times. The results say “probably non-cancerous” and they also found a 8 little ones in both breasts. I have another doctors appointment with a new doctor at the end of the month but I wanted to get some insight if anyone else has had something similar.
