Need some opinions …

I heard that my son possibly could have a tongue tie because he is a little speech delayed and is a very picky eater. He knows his words and it seems like he just can’t spit them out I did have trouble breast-feeding when he was a newborn he wouldn’t stay latched. Not sure if this is some thing his pediatrician over looked. My son is 2 1/2 dint mind the dirty face we just had pancakes so he’s sticky😂🥴
