Solids?

My little one is almost 7 months. I know breast milk is main until 1 year she’s hasn’t stopped or dropped any feedings. She’s showing all the signs to start solids tried to give her a bit and just refuses I’m at a loss. I try everyday as she tries to eat what I have 🤦‍♀️.

What do you mean when you say she refuses? Are you trying to spoon feed her or are you putting food in front of her to self feed?

Check out solid starts. Don’t spoon feed. Offer stick like foods that are big and easy to grab: corn on the cob, rib bone, string beans, asparagus…etc.

￼just be patient. She will get the hang of it. I started my baby on purées at 4 months soon feeding and now I’m doing a mix of purées and baby led weaning. He mostly picks things up and feeds himself but I do spoon feed him some still. But every baby is different
