Possible Recurring yeast and BV infections?

I think I may have recurring BV & yeast infections. I recently took the antibiotics for it and a yeast infection and BV but now the symptoms are still the same. Onion smell (kinda strong), itchiness and a little pain. I did a full panel at the beginning of the month and everything was normal except the yeast and BV. Now that I’m having the same symptoms a week after finishing the antibiotics, i feel that it didn’t work on maybe the medicine threw it off again and it has come back. Has this happened to anyone else? Is there anything I can do beside taking antibiotics?
