congenital adrenal hyperplasia/ high progesterone

Hey y’all so in 2016 I got blood work done for excessive hair growth on my face and never heard anything of the results. Fast forward to now (2023) I went to the gyno where she mentioned my progesterone levels were high so she sent me to get blood work again. I got my results today and my levels were 1500/260 😩 STANDARD RANGE IS <260!!! I’m only 23 and all I ever wanted was to be a mom and it’s said CAH or high progesterone itself can cause infertility. I’m also looking treatment methods and taking medication everyday kind of worries me. I’m going to make a follow up appointment on Monday but overthinking this. Anyone else been in this position?
