Reaction to diapers?

Hi, I didn't know where else to post this, but has anyone developed a reaction to their baby's diapers? Our youngest had been in Up & Up diapers til he was 1 then he developed an allergy to them. I switched to Pampers. That was in September. For several months now, my hands have been dry and itchy. I just kept using lotion and going into winter they got worse. Recently i started using hydrocortisone cream and it helps but if i stop using it, it comes back. Only thing we changed was diapers.
