Should I use ovulation strips or no?

In the past I’ve gotten pregnant several times just analyzing cm and comparing with app predications. I know the app predictions aren’t reliable but it’s always been very close and i get a good idea comparing with cm

Well I’m not getting pregnant as quickly as I have in the past. I tend to obsess over ttc and symptom spot like crazy. I’m hesitant to actually get ovulation strips bc I feel like I’ll overthink everything even more.. but maybe it will be good bc I’ll actually know when the right time to try is (ovulation week is a lot for us, we are usually once a week kinda couple)

So just curious everyone’s feelings on ovulation strips
