What’s going on with my 1 year old (13 months)

He wakes up every night around 11-12 and just crying. I go in his room to comfort him but he just sits right back up. He’s not hungry and we changed his milk since he was having issues with cows milk. He wakes up at 6-6:30 am everyday and gets two naps with a 3-4 hour wake window. Could it be that his canine tooth coming through is causing him pain? Should I give him Motrin? And he goes to bed at 7. Should I change his bedtime to a later bedtime? I honestly don’t know what’s going on.
