Headaches

Anyone have any tips and tricks to get rid of headaches this is my second pregnancy and I had headaches with my first but I’m 15 weeks with my second now and recently started getting headaches/migraines and it has lingered for a week now. I’ve been doing Tylenol drinking water nothing is helping it feels like it’s all in my eyes. I had a Dr appt today and she didn’t seem to concerned she said to stop my prenatals for 2-3 days to see if that helps she said it’s to early for signs of preeclampsia. I’m just looking to see if any other mommas have had anything help with relief.
