What would look better-side of house

Situation below:)

Pictured is the side of my house. There’s basically a section of dirt that runs along the side of the house to serve as like a garden bed originally? In the red area that is circled.. this is what you’re looking at. My question is, the dirt extends around to the front of the house and meets at the driveway. It’s at this awkward 90° angle at the corner and extends around the front in a small like 10 inch kind of strip to the driveway. I plan on putting a really small retaining wall/landscaping border up along the side and putting down topsoil/mulch, etc. So my question is, should I end it at the corner of my house or should I extend it around the front where it meets my driveway? any insight or thoughts are appreciated. i have no clue. both seem somehow awkward to me. thanks!
