How long do you recommend trying a birth control and going through side effects before you come to the conclusion that you need another one?

I was on Hailey for 3 years and I decided to switch last night to another progestin.

It’s called Nikki.

I’m on lexapro too, so I don’t get panic attacks.

But I almost had one in the car coming back from my workout today, which I haven’t had in 3 years. I just took Nikki last night. Low level nausea which I hate because I have emetephobia.

Should I give it a week or more? I’ve only been on this pill for one night.
