IUD advice please

So i’m thinking about getting an IUD, i’m on the patch and absolutely can’t deal with it no more. the emotions, the anxiety etc etc.

So it’s a hormonal (mirena) and non hormonal (paraguard) options. I just am not sure which route to go. If possible can you tell me your experiences on it?

I’ve also seen IUD babies 🥺🥺 so that’s kinda ehhhh but ik all birth control is never 100% effective. I am going to call and make an appointment today to get one. But i just want to know which way to go, mirena or non hormonal.. and if you can tell me your experiences and symptoms.
