MIL Question

So my MIL asked my hubby to come over and help her bf and other son put together a gazebo. Hubby wanted me and our 5 m/o to tag along. We get there and his mom asked him if he wanted to place a food order and he said no, then I asked where are they ordering from and placed my order. After she ordered I asked how much for my order and her response was “since her son didn’t order she will pay for me in his place” I asked twice just to be sure I heard her correctly lol. So basically, you wouldn’t buy me food if your son(my hubby ordered-got it!) My MIL has a high paying job and money is NOT an issue.

Well, she leaves to pick up the food and once she comes back I noticed that my BIL gf who is 9 months pregnant who lives with my MIL did not have any food so I offered her some of mine(which she declined). Mind you prior to me getting pregnant my MIL would stop by and pick up a plate to go (her idea-and I was fine with that). Now that I think about it she hasn’t bought anything for our daughter since the baby shower but she does the other 2 grands.
