Can jolen mild bleach for facial hair bleach skin?
I have been using jolen since july last year for upper lip hair however i have noticed recently its not.working as well. I used it about a week ago and i have noticed that my skin near this area is lighter im very careful using it and only leave it on for 8 mins as directed. Can anyone tell me if this has happened to them and how do i reverse it if possible ?
