No period with mirena IUD postpartum?

Probably because I’m only six months PP so I’m extra anxious. Period started 6 weeks PP, I got my iud 8 weeks PP, then I got 1 sudden period a week after, two regular following a 28 day cycle, now nothing. My periods been gone for over a month. I am of course stressed since it stopped shortly after we started to have sex again.

I took one pregnancy test that had a bad evap from E@H, but I have no clue when they’re meant to expire. It was bought February 2022 so 😬?

I’m assuming this is just mirena stopping period? I’m going to have the strings trimmed soon, whenever we stop getting random bugs. I’m mostly looking for confirmation that I’m the clear, I know I likely am not lol
