IUD Removal…Heads Up

Ce

I’ve had an IUD in for 8 years and decided to have it removed. Man I wish someone would’ve given me a heads up. The removal itself was not bad but the cramping that started afterwards felt like a pimp slap to the face. I bled and cramped for almost 30 days straight. What I believed was my first period had me in so much discomfort, I felt numbness and weakness in both legs. I took 1000mg of Tylenol, 800 of Motrin, drank hot tea, while using a heating pad to deal with it. Let’s not even get started on the lower back pain and physical shaking. I’m posting this as a warning to others. PREPARE YOURSELF in case you have an experience like me!!!
