There so much f’in blood!!!

I had a bilateral salpingectomy on Friday (Today is Monday) and during the procedure my surgeon and I agreed we would take my IUD out. So I had a little bit of bleeding and then yesterday it got pretty heavy but not terrible and now this morning it’s even heavier and I have a bunch of tiny (like peppercorn size) blood clots. My abdomen hurts and so do my hips. Now I do wanna say that I had that IUD in for 3 years and it made my periods very irregular and gross. But now it feels like how they were before my IUD.

Can having the IUD removed jump start a period into starting? I called my surgeon and left a message with one of her nurses but no one’s gotten back to me yet. I’m terrified that I over did it yesterday because of my surgery but my incisions look fine, no leaking or anything!
