Cramps

Hi guys I was wondering if anyone can offer any type of insight.

On the 5th of June we did the deed and he pulled out as normal. (We aren’t exactly trying to prevent pregnancy but we aren’t trying either) also may I add that I was in my ovulation window and the cramps started a day after the window ended

So anyway on the 10th of June I had a poop and then suddenly I got what I thought was lightening crotch which I’ve had about 3 times before in the past and it usually only lasts about an hour and that’s it.

This time it went on for like a week. I felt it a little this morning.

The thing is it comes on in the morning and it hurts I can’t even sit down. I take paracetamol and it stops until the next day. My period is due in 5 days and I tested a couple of days ago and it was negative. I can’t even describe the pain but if I touch my lower abdomen it’s sore and if I put my middle finger up there I can feel the pain in my cervix area.

I’ve got an appointment with the doctor next week to examine me. Has anyone ever experienced anything similar in the past? I’m feeling quite nervous. I don’t have any other symptoms like smelly discharge or bleeding.
