New cycle or mid cycle spotting?

Yesterday and the day before I experienced some very light spotting only noticeable when I wipe. I don’t know if I should count that as the start of a new cycle or just mid cycle spotting.

This is the first time I’ve experienced spotting without a full blown cycle that follows. I’m just confused as what to make of this. I don’t have a history of PCOS or any diagnosed menstrual cycles irregularity.

I was traveling internationally cycle days 15-16 and changed time zone so I feared this may have messed up my tracking (while jet lag sleeping I fear I may have missed a higher value on cycle day 17 or 18.

I did have a UTI around cycle days 25-29 and was on antibiotics during those 5 days. As soon as I finished my antibiotics I logged another higher peak.
