Would you find this uncomfortable as a parent?
My husband coaches a soft ball team and it's mainly adult men but sometimes our boys (17 and 16) play on it. My 16 year old wasn't actually there to play. He was helping with water and when they were warming up all I see is for some reason one of the players who is a grown man surrounded by other grown men have my 16 year old lady and the grass and split his year olds legs spread eagle while adults laughing. I admit maybe I was a little aggressive in comforting them and they said my son does stressed and exercises wrong so they were just pulling a little prank as to tell him to do his stretches properly. He was in shorts and when I got down there I could see he wasn't wearing underwear which yes that's on him but he probably didn't expect to get spread eagle in front of other grown men. He was really embarrassed. To the point be never wants to play on the team again. My husband thinks we are severely overreacting. But apparently before I got down there some of them made a joke when they noticed he didn't have underwear. I feel a joke should be funny. Putting somebody in an uncomfortable position like that isn't a joke but my husband thinks it's no big deal.
