Pumping hurts, please help!

Can someone please help me figure out what is wrong with my pumping situation? I have been exclusively pumping for about 3 weeks now since my daughter was born. I had issues in the beginning figuring out the best ways/how to use pumps because I had no guidance. I was having so much nipple pain and I finally got my flange size figured out and my nipples started hurting significantly less. I felt so good about it but the last 24-48 hours they have started hurting so bad. 🥲 I have the elvie pump and the spectra s2 that I switch between. I have tested several sizes with both and found the right one for each of them. My elvie pump isn’t the most painful. It’s my spectra that is causing me issues. As soon as I turn it on it is so painful in both nipples for 1-3 minutes. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong and I feel like it shouldn’t be this painful or hard.
