Am I the a*hole for refreshing my wardrobe?

I am the sole income earner for my fiancé, daughter and I. 
I have a uniform at work so I don’t “need” new clothes as much as I just want them. I’ve owned a lot of my nice dresses for 5 to 10 years and they’re mostly in good condition but sometime you just want something new. 
I spent $200 on a clothes haul and nothing for my daughter and fiancé. 
The thing that makes me a ah is because I didn’t tell my fiancé before spending the money. And I almost never buy him clothes (he never asks and he’s picky).

If he doesn’t make any money he has no say. Unless he’s actually medically disabled and can’t work there’s no reason you’re a sole provider and he’s mooching and then mad when you spend your hard earned money. A bum always complains when money isn’t benefitting them

In my household this would have been an argument only because we have a price that we have to discuss prior to a purchase. But if you don't have that type of agreement then you are not the ah.
