I need to vent

My husband has been really depressed for the past months. He says that he’s just tired of living the same life and nothing changes. Last night he basically asked me about him being with another women sexually. We both lost our virginity to each other so we have never been with anyone else but each other. The fast that he basically asked that broke my heart. Im so torn that idk what to do.
