I have a secret half sister and I want to find her.

I’m gonna try to keep this short because I could definitely talk about this for awhile. I also don’t know if this is right group, but I don’t know what group would be more fitting. My mom just told me I have a half sister. Apparently she became pregnant as a teenager, had the baby and gave her up for adoption. I never knew about any of this. I want to find her but I don’t know how or if I should. I don’t know if she wants to be found. All I know is her birthday, where she was born, that she has a brother and a little bit about her parents. Apparently the state has a website to help adopted kids and bio parents re connect but she’s not on there. We’ve also done ancestry dna tests and she’s not on there either. Are there any other websites I could look on? Or other ways to find her? And if I do find her, what do I say? If she doesn’t want any sort of relationship, that’s alright but I feel like I need to at least try.
