PCOS??

I need advice please!

About 3 weeks ago i was having really bad ovarian pain for days, i thought it was a cyst has I have had them before but the didnt stop so I went to the ER. After 6 long hours with bloodwork and an ultrasound they confirmed that there was no cyst but my ovaries were enlarged with enlarged follicles.

The doctor said this is most likely PCOS and that I need to go to my GP for hormonal tests. I had those done and have an appointment today but when i called to book it the results said “no action required” i dont understand does that mean I dont have it? If not what was the pain? Or can hormone levels be somewhat normal and have PCOS? Im dreading going through the pain every cycle (they gave me endone to take but i dont want to use them unless 100% necessary). On another note I have 2 kids and it wasnt overly hard to conceive for me thank the lucky stars but everyone I talk to says “no you cant have it you got kids” so im just really confused and would really appreciate advice from you guys.
