Bleeding after intercourse

Hello everyone, my fiancé and I just moved into our apartment and we had sex last night. I honestly just wasn’t in the mood I wasn’t feeling good, but the last time we had sex was for his birthday at the end of July, I wasn’t sure if the reason I was bleeding was because it’s been a while. This is the fist time and when I go to the drs they test my blood count and all my blood work comes back fine. Any thoughts?
