I need advice.

I have been with my partner for 3 years.. we are starting ivf and I am just at a loss for words right now. My partner just told me I’m lying because I turned off the notifications on my phone.. I shut off the notifications because I work an office job and get easily distracted by the things going on in my life right now. I also lost my dad at the end of May..family feuds between property and finances.. it honestly just becomes to much. The past three years I have done nothing but be faithful and have given my all even when I couldn’t give my all to myself. He has continuously accused me of lying to him or being unfaithful to him at random times throughout our 3 years together. What do I do?
