!!!TMI!! ADVICE ABOUT BLEEDING AFTER SEC

Hello, so it was about 5 days after my period ended in the middle of my predicted fertile window and my partner and i had sex. About 3 or 4 hours afterwards i went to the bathroom and when i wiped, there was a decent amount of blood. Same the next time i used the bathroom. This wasnt enough blood it got on my pants but only when i wiped. I didnt experience any discomfort during the deed to make me think i got hurt. Anyone have any experience or advice for what this might have been caused from?
