Husbands work schedule

My husband got a new job. First let me just say, it’s very good job. The pay is amazing. The benefits are great. His hours would be from 6pm- 12:30am. He always worked nights, so that’s not a problem at all.

However, his days off are Thursdays and Sundays. We have two small kids. Ages 2 years and 9 months.

My question is would you mind your husband working these days and hours? He normally had weekends off Saturday and Sunday. But now Thursday and Sunday are his off days. What would you think if this is your husbands work schedule
