Friction blister/burn?

Today I was at work (a big event was downtown so we was busy) and it was like 90 degrees in the store, I was sweating badly and my underwear rubbed my inner thighs near my bikini line and now I have like a fluffy/puffy red swollen big bump on both sides, googling says it probably a friction blister due to my underwear rubbing. Has anyone else experienced this? It wasnt there this morning when I left for work, so I know it isn’t anything bad and I’m a virgin so stds possible
