Baby carry a newborn?

I want to baby carry my newborn but she looks so shlumpy in there. Does anyone baby carry their newborn? Is she supposed to look shlumpy? How do i make her less shlumpy lol

This carrier looks too big for her. Get a cloth wrap ones which wraps baby close to your body.

Have you considered baby wearing with a wrap? The baby wraps we used were so nice to baby wear with. They’re a slight learning curve to figure out how to get it on, but once you do it a couple times, you’ll never go back.
