Foam balls

I don’t know if this is a dumb question or not but my 4yo was carrying some of these foam balls in a little plastic bag. Her little sister (8mos) was in her playard and my 4yo came to tell me that she made a “mess”. She was throwing the bag against the playard and it busted. Very little went through the net, I took my 8mo out only found maybe 10. I’m so scared she ate some though….Can these harm her? I’m asking because I’ve heard about young children eating orbeez and have life threatening injuries. I’m so scared!!! What do I do???
